We want to keep things as comfortable + convenient as possible. Some cabins have restrooms connected + Some cabins have a detached restroom. Depending on personal needs, you will be placed in a cabin that is suitable.

Refunds will be considered on a case to case basis.

If you are unable to attend the Retreat due to Covid-19 health concerns, please email us at [email protected] and we can work with you to get a full refund. In the event our gathering is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, everyone will be refunded.

We plan to gather together with everyone unless we are advised otherwise. Outside of Covid-19, tickets cannot be refunded, but they are transferrable.
